Cancel a subscription

You can cancel through Manage subscription on your Aifluence account page. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the Stripe portal states otherwise. Cancelling prevents the next renewal.

Payment problems

If a payment is duplicated, unauthorized or the purchased credits were not delivered, contact hallo@aifluence.eu with the account email and Stripe receipt number. Never send card details by email.

Consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right, including a 14-day period in the European Union. Any lawful exception or proportional charge for a service that has already begun requires the notices and consent demanded by local law. Nothing on this page limits mandatory rights.

Refund effects

When Stripe confirms a full or partial refund for a one-time credit pack, the corresponding unused credit amount is removed automatically. A balance is never made negative.

The checkout consent wording and country-specific withdrawal instructions must be reviewed before a public consumer launch.
