The service

Aifluence is a Windows workflow application for creating and publishing social-media content. AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before publication. You remain responsible for the content, permissions, disclosures and connected accounts you use.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate information and keep access secure. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve the paid service and act as the responsible account representative where required.

Plans and credits

1,000 Aifluence credits represent one US dollar of metered provider usage. Subscription credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Separately purchased credits remain available until used, subject to applicable law. Provider prices can change; Aifluence will not deduct more than the displayed available balance.

Subscriptions

Stripe processes payment. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal. The checkout page shows the total price and billing period before purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aifluence for unlawful content, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized copyrighted material or attempts to bypass service limits. Publishing and script-running actions require explicit trust because they can affect external accounts or your computer.

Availability

Third-party AI and social platforms can change or become unavailable. Aifluence may replace providers while keeping the customer-facing service consistent. Planned material changes will be communicated where required.

These terms are a technical launch draft and require legal review plus complete operator information before accepting public payments.
